AW Preservation was established in 2019 with the objective of becoming a part of the revitalization of the City of Detroit where greatness is created. Based out of Detroit, Michigan, AW Preservation founding member is a minority woman born in a family of generations of carpenters, who returned home to make a difference in the property preservation industry and her community. Collectively, the founder, employees, and contractors have more than 50 years of experience in the property preservation industry. Our experience range from property sanitation, preservation, demolition, asbestos abatement (MI Licensed), master carpentry, and landscaping. Together AW Preservation gives our clients extraordinary service and quality work with a "peace of mind" and satisfaction.

Debris Removal and Relocation
Our mission is to preserve the historical, cultural, and/or architectural aspect of every property and community and to become one of the leading property preservation companies in the industry .
We are an energetic professional team with a wealth of experience in the Property Preservation field. We work with property owners, landlords, local contractors, and management companies. We provide our clients with a full range of options in property preservation and rehabilitation services.
Inspection – An inspection is completed in two phases. Phase one - a visual determination of exterior condition and occupancy status of the property. If instructed at the same time, we will assess the interior property with photo documentation. Phase two - once all contracted work is completed; photos will be taken and provided to our client.
Initial Securing – Includes the board-up of any first-floor openings (missing or broken doors or windows) to prevent unauthorized entry and to protect against weather damage. In accordance with client requirements and local ordinances.
Lock/Padlock Change(s) – Master padlock combination code pursuant to our client’s instruction and existing regulations.
Debris Removal & Relocation – Removal of interior debris, exterior debris, and hazardous materials pursuant to the instructions from our client and the appropriate regulations.
Partial Demolition – Selected removal of interior parts in preparation of a renovation project.
Grounds Maintenance – Includes mowing, trimming, sweeping, and removal of incidental debris to maintain the appearance of the property, community, and safety aligned with avoiding local ordinance violations.
Before and after photographs will be provided for all work completed by our team of professionals.
